PocketAgent was founded to help reduce the costs of purchasing a home. PocketAgent believes you shouldn't have to pay 2-3% of your home's value to purchase the home. PocketAgent provides you with a service that empowers you to purchase your own home in a safe and reliable format. PocketAgent offers our services as a way for you to purchase your dream home using just your computer. ​
Our Moment
PocketAgent believes that the confluence of three events in recent history has led to the opportunity for the everyday consumer to purchase a home without needing to use a realtor. The combination of these three events highlight a generational moment to rethink how we purchase homes in the United States.

​1) Zillow, Redfin, and other free sites allow you to shop for homes from the comfort of your current home.

​2) The 2024 lawsuit, DOJ vs. NAR, requires a separate agreement for buyer and seller agents. ​Allowing you to purchase a home without the explicit requirement to pay the buyer brokerage fee.
3) AI tools are able to provide you with detailed public information that is personalized to you.
