PocketAgent was founded to help reduce the costs of purchasing a home. PocketAgent believes you shouldn't have to pay 2-3% of your home's value to purchase the home. PocketAgent provides you with a service that empowers you to purchase your own home in a safe and reliable format. PocketAgent offers our services as a way for you to purchase your dream home using just your computer.

Our Moment

PocketAgent believes that the confluence of three events in recent history has led to the opportunity for the everyday consumer to purchase a home without needing to use a real estate agent. The combination of these three events highlight a generational moment to rethink how we purchase homes in the United States.

1) Zillow, Redfin, and other free sites allow you to shop for homes from the comfort of your current home.

2) The 2024 NAR antitrust settlement changed how buyer-agent commissions work. Buyers and their agents now sign a separate written agreement, so a buyer is no longer automatically expected to pay a buyer-broker commission

3) AI tools are able to provide you with detailed public information that is personalized to you.
